"Everything was great and the beds were comfortable. My only problem is charging a $50 pet fee per night for a 20 lb doodle who was there for 14 hours. I will definitely do a better job of finding out pet fees before I stay anywhere again. "

"Booked through expedia. Was placed in a room on the ground floor next to a mechanical room that had an extremely noisy machine running. Asked for a change of room and the staff said you have to go back to expedia. It appeared that the staff knew there was a problem with that room. After demanding to speak to the manager , who wasn't available, i stated I'd be willing to pay more et ceterawho, the staff finally agreed to give us a different room. Turn out the room was actually less expensive, and the staff said the reason that they didn't offer another room is because it wasn't the same type of room we had reserved. They're logic made no sense. Very young staff member with no backup manager , etc."

"Friendly Staff. The bathroom facuet heads (we rented two rooms) need updating , they spray small intense streams of water that make a mess. AC worked good, seemed clean enough"
