"What a jewel we stumbled across. The rooms are a little older but fine. The location, food options and tiki bar music were such a great surprise! Hoping to be able to come back next week!"

"The outdoor pools were nice… but they close at someone’s meaning of dusk?? But had loud music going in the pavilion til’ 11:00pm. Because of a wedding party. Whys isn’t the pool open til’ 11:00 when quiet time supposedly starts. A resort with beach access should have chairs and umbrellas for guests. Not here they nickel and dime you on rentals. The cabana bar at the pool closes at 4 for food and 5 for drinks and drinks are way over priced for what you get. Food was ok. Restaurant was a little over priced for limited menu. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Staff were all awesome. They need to to better at their pricing for the stay if they want rental fees. Personally we like sitting poolside at night with a drink, relaxing and visiting. Not here you are SOL after dusk. Probably will find another place next time."

"It's the nicest hotel I have seen in a long time we booked a room about few years ago in Savannah that was just awful so this hotel was very nice did not see the hot tub but the pool was nice and clean they even have a grilling spot by the pool all set up rooms we're very clean no complaints"

"Clean room , very knowledgeable and helpful staff , air conditioner worked marvelous, I did see a few people with dogs , I was disappointed with breakfast I thought they would have eggs , pancakes etc like other hotels but instead they had fruit bars mandarins boiled eggs in the fridge oatmeal in the premade packs coffee . They don’t have cribs"

"We just stayed at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort and wow! Seriously 5/5 stars. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing. Went to HH prime for breakfast buffet one day and Daniel, our waiter, was AMAZING as well as the food being top notch. Went daily to the palmetto market for an iced chai that was honestly one of the best I’ve had (not a fan of the paper straws but i get it hahaha). The housekeeping was BEYOND phenomenal. So thorough, so quick, stocked us up on EVERYTHING and they even washed dishes we had in the sink 😭♥️. The pools were lovely, the atmosphere was lovely, every single worker we ran into was lovely. If I HAD to give one critique it would literally only be that I personally was not a fan of the shampoo & conditioner. I just thought it made my hair really dry, which is SO minimal because that’s literally the ONLY thing I personally didn’t love. It was honestly such a fabulous experience for our first vacation as a family of 3!!"
