"Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."

"Staff was great and super helpfull. Rooms were clean. I did book it on an off season, so the staff was working skeleton crew. But overall it was great. "
