Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good...hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and assorted cereals, some fruit, juices, other pasteries. The hotel looks "tired"...in need of a refresh. Hall carpet seams fraying, lots of dings in furniture and corners. The pleather on chairs and benches was peeling off in the dining area as well as in the room. Not sure the dining chairs could be properly sanitized like that. We were on 1st floor. When people above us walked in their room, it wasn't the usual "thump" of feet....there was terrible crunching like walking on gravel and creaking like walking on a very old wooden staircase. Ive never heard that kind of noise in a hotel room before.

The entire hotel needs an overhaul remodel. We bookers. Queen suite room and it was not clean. There was spots in the wall and the sheets still had some stains. The room was bone chilling cold. The attendant a young lady was rude when I called her from my cell phone due to the hotel room phone not working. I had my infant with me so it was cold and I complained and she as upset she had to come upstairs and fix the heat. The heater was obnoxiously loud and still remained not working properly. We left to attend the funeral and asked if the beds linen can be changed. Came back and it was not done and they had told the young man attendant that they marked it off as completed. Demitris was a nice young man and apologized for all the inconveniences. It seemed like all the bad stuff was happening on his shift. There was a lady across the hall from us and she had a # 2 accident in the lobby, elevator, hallway, and door. It was absolutely horrendous wand housekeeping didn’t get to it till the next day. Demetrius tried his best to clean the lobby and run the front desk. He was the only staff that was polite, empathetic, and professional. I would rate this place a -0. Worse hotel stay I ever had and hope that people deter from here.

The rooms was still dirty and had other customers clothes in the closets, stains in the bed/sheets, on the seats & the tub was clogging up from taking a show. I’m currently trying to get a refund because shouldn’t nobody have to live in poor conditions like that

The hotel is by sight nice upon arrival. I asked for a luggage cart and was told “they’re probably in the rooms”. After getting hefty items in the hotel, we opened the door to the 1st room to smelled awful, order of smoke, wet dog and very damp. We went back to the desk, rec’d a key to a 2nd floor room which was better. The remote didn’t work very well and the hall light kept blinking as if it was possessed. Pillows were flat. Still no carts next morning, never bothered with breakfast. Just checked out, didn’t need further frustration.
