  • This modern mid century A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, outdoor patio, two living areas and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking, biking, or driving to Callaway Gardens (.5 miles). Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. ** Wheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp to enter the house, the one bedroom and one bathroom are on the main floor. Some wheelchairs may fit through the main entrance. If you have a wheelchair, please contact me with the measurements so I can make sure it will fit. **
