"The property is very cute and pretty spacious. My only complaint is that the carpets and upholstery chair really need a good cleaning. For the price, it was perfect for our stay."

"I originally had a better rating but after staying the night I did notice that the staff were using the blower to clear the front of the property a little after 7:00a.m. and it was loud enough to wake us up. I know that we were in one of the front rooms so nothing could be done about the traffic on the street but the noise from staff can be prevented. Also, people were checking in or coming in late and were very loud down the hall after 10:00p.m. Otherwise we had a nice stay."

"We were 7 adults, two children and one well behaved dog and we stayed for 3 days in September. The house had space for us all. It was very clean, excellent Wi-Fi, great deck, lots of seats, amid a country setting. Gail, our host was very responsive by text. It is a short walk to the center of Twain-Harte. We all felt it was a great break in the woods compared with normal life. Highly recommended."

"Perfect spot for a family with teenagers. They each got their own room! Very relaxing. The A/C units in the living room and bedrooms are a welcome relief from the late summer heat. Not too far from Pinecrest Lake for water activities and movies under the stars. Twain Harte with a couple of restaurants just down the road for when you don’t want to cook.Host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was great and had the space we needed for our family reunion to hang out together inside and out. The location was great, we walked to town for some shopping, coffee, mini golf, and lunch. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep so we had to be careful especially carrying our luggage. I’m glad we had two main floor bedrooms for the older folks in our group. The owners were great. Check in and out was easy and the communication was great."

"Everything was pretty good, in the rooms some of the floors were not cleaned under the beds.The AC did not work, particularly well.The dryer did not dry our towel well.With those items out of the way, everything else was pretty great. It was comfortable, the host answered my questions well right away. Overall, this is one of the better cabin experiences I’ve ever had in the area. I would absolutely stay here again."
