"This lodging was not perfect, but I would definitely stay there again. I loved the location, the free smores bags, their restaurant, and their convenience store (the breakfast burritos were delicious)! I didn't use the game room or pool (I visited in April, so it was too cold to use), but I thought they were great to have. The rooms were a bit outdated, but they seemed clean. There was a little bit of an old smell, but nothing difficult to be around. With a bit of renovating, this place would be amazing!"

"We were 7 adults, two children and one well behaved dog and we stayed for 3 days in September. The house had space for us all. It was very clean, excellent Wi-Fi, great deck, lots of seats, amid a country setting. Gail, our host was very responsive by text. It is a short walk to the center of Twain-Harte. We all felt it was a great break in the woods compared with normal life. Highly recommended."
