Obvious signs of aging.
"The room was nice and spacious but the carpet needs replaced and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Also, I saw a small roach on the floor in the hallway close to the refrigerator."

"Iverall nice place. Could use bigger pots to cook with and a strainer. We stayed 11 nights and found it difficult to make most dinners. Other than that, everything was wonderful."

Quiet place for a night shift worker
"It’s close to the hospital I was working at on night shift. It’s an older property. Quiet neighborhood. I only slept and worked so it was good for me. If you plan on cooking I’d suggest bringing your own pans. The communication was excellent. It worked good for me."
