"The room was pretty clean. The toilet was not secure on the tile floor so when you sat and got up it moved. The tub could've been cleaned better and there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway and stairway. Room walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor talking through wall."

"The rooms we had were newly renovated. Everything was new. New paint, new floors, new bedding. So, it just felt clean. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no coffee in rooms or the lobby. Other than that, it was perfect for us."

It was the kind of place where you just want to sit back, relax, and take it all in. Everything was exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. "This house was perfect for a short summer getaway with our family, including our 2 grandkids! The beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house worked perfectly for two couples and a family of 4. The boardwalk in Solomons was lovely with beautiful sunsets. We loved the outdoor sculpture garden, the Calvert State Park cliffs by the beach and the awesome mariners museum. The food at the Pier was outstanding, as was the ice cream shop next to the bait and tackle place down the street. All in all, this was a great visit! Glad we found this house to accommodate us so well!"
