"From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The desk staff ws gracious, helpful and friendly. There is flavored and plain water in the lobby in addition to helpful travel needs available for purchase which is a big deal for US guests in European countries. There is even a luggage scale to make airline check in easier that informs you of your airline's baggage limits. The room is small but very comfortable and the shower was amazing with nice water pressure and multiple water options. The breakfast was the star of the stay. Don't miss it, it had plenty of options to help you start your day ready for adventure and exploring Lisbon or heading to the airport for a long flight. We particularly liked that it was close to the airport so the commute for our early flight was short and easy. You have to plan ahead for the shuttle they provide to the airport as you have to get a ticket in the morning and be ready and waiting in the lobby. The shuttle fits 6 people depending on luggage room needed and it runs approximately every 20-30 minutes. Very efficient process. I highly recommend this hotel!!"
