  • A mansion of the late nineteenth century. This house is linked to the story of one of the great family of Cap Corse. She participates in the history of Cape Town and its famous Americans.

    It is located in the Piccioni Castle Park. You can enjoy the park and walk in this place of memory.

    The house is 2 minutes walk from the trade and restaurant of the village. You can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and enjoy the most beautiful seabed of Corsica.

    If you want to take the car at 5 minutes you have a sandy beach and hiking trails in the bush.

    You will take your meals in the house or on the large terrace at your diposition.

L'atmopshere de la remise historique est vraiment magnifique, unique: les belles couleurs, la charme des chambres avec le mobiliaire ancienne, la vue belle des toutes les fenetres sur la mer et la cote, les montagnes et dans le parc historique avant la maison. La cuisine ancienne est simple et fonctionalle, le grand salon se trouve au milieu de la maison et tout en haut il y a la terasse tres grande avec un reagard exeptionelle - tout a l'aire d' un autre temps, comme une voyage de temps vers le 19ieme siecle! La Remise se trouve en haut de la tres belle village Pino, ou on trouve a pied tout, qu' on a besoin: une epicerie, un bar et restaurant, la poste et surtout une marina ancienne et magnifique. La Maison est aussi ideale pour un groupe des amis ou deux familles. Nous avons y aimes chaque moment et allons revenir!

Einmal diese Treppe laufen und dann sterben...

Wir haben es wirklich geliebt. Das Haus und auch den Ort Pino, beides wahre Raritäten. Schade, dass es den Garten nicht wirklich gab und die Ausstattung zum Teil nicht mehr benutzbar war. Aber unserer Hochstimmung in diesem Haus hat das keinen Abbruch getan.

Une maison magnifique et hors du temps. Malgré un aménagement un peu rudimentaire et quelques problèmes électriques , la maison est très agréable et superbe. Le village est un chouette endroit.

Très agréable expérience

Nous cherchions dans les environs une location de 3 ou 4 chambres, peu nombreuses lors de nos recherches. Cette offre nous a accroché par son charme et l'expérience d'une "maison d'américain". L'annonce est très fidèle et honnête, ainsi que les avis déposés. Le séjour a été très agréable, au niveau de confort attendu, et rendu magique par les lieux, très appréciés de tous nos visiteurs. Nous saluons les efforts des propriétaires pour conserver, rénover et faire partager ce patrimoine.

Maison magnifique

Pour ceux qui cherchent le luxe d’un cinq étoiles, passez votre chemin, cette propriété offre un séjour authentique. Cette maison jouit d’un cachet incroyable, elle est lumineuse, spacieuse et parfaitement placée. Après c’est une grande bâtisse, difficile à entretenir, aussi, quelques tomettes sont fissurées, la cuisine est un peu rustique... Mais sincèrement la vue panoramique offerte par la terrasse, les plages, le jardin font bien vite oublier tout cela. Cher Christian, un grand merci. Christelle et Gilles

Great House, great view to the ocean

It is a very old house including garden with a lot of history! I enjoyed my stay together with the family in September 2019. It is a quiet place. You have many choices what you like to do: breakfast in the garden, dinner on the rooftop, hang out on near beaches, sightseeing...and a lot of nature. There is a nice bar for a coffee in the morning and a supermarket near by the house. I am looking forward to come again to this place!

Immense, un certain charme, mais demanderait un peu de rénovation et équipement un peu juste

Très grande et vieille maison d'américain, ayant du charme. Cette belle demeure a besoin d'un peu d'amour. Nous avons passé un séjour assez agréable, malgré un équipement pas tout à fait à la hauteur (lave linge en panne, toilettes qui coulent en permanence, électricité dans une chambre en panne etc.) Le propriétaire répond rapidement, et essaie de pallier à ces inconvénients dans la mesure du possible, mais était à distance, et n'a pas vraiment réussi à les résoudre. C'est un peu dommage, la maison a un gros potentiel. La région aussi, très belle. Prévoir des prises anti-moustiques. Un autre point qui nous a surpris et déçu: on pensait que la maison donnait directement sur le "parc/jardin" décrit dans l'annonce, mais en fait il faut sortir de la maison et en faire le tour par la ruelle pour y accéder, ce qui avec des enfants n'est pas très pratique. En passant, le parc est aussi au reflet de la maison: immense, énorme potentiel, mais a besoin de beaucoup d'amour :-)
