"A refurbished and cute older property. The room was clean, though not all lights worked. Parking was easy, right outside the room in many cases. I did not stay for breakfast."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you, so much for a beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, welcoming stay! Highly recommend! Great location in downtown Silver City, everything was within walking distance for us. Enjoyed having the privacy of the back yard and secure parking off the main steet. Yard was beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again! "

"The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The Parking was a bit limited but overall it was a good experience."

"Mirrors dirty..pubic hair on toilet seat..not sure baseboards ever cleaned. Sink and tub old with enamel chipped off. Bed was fine. Radiator never stopped running altho thermostat was off...had to open the window to cool the room. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly. Great neighborhood. Maybe we just got a bad room..."

"This rental was great. The house construction seemed new for the area. The decor was modern, which we liked. The location was near Western New Mexico University which we were visiting. Everything in the house worked. And, the price was great. The only minor downside was there were not a lot of clean towels, but we simply washed the dirty towels left in a hamper. We would definitely stay there again."
