"Checked in with no problem. The room was clean, although the bathroom was a bit tired. My husband wanted to wash up a bit, but couldn’t get the water to warm up. I called the front desk and he said he would check it out. He called back to say that the boiler didn’t seem to be working and maintenance was coming to take a look. We were nervous to stay, since the hotel had radiator heat as well. We opted to leave and they were great about refunding our stay."

"I had to kill 3 roaches in my room the first night. Then another dozen before I left the room for the day. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and had to leave a message so I packed up all my stuff and indicated I needed another on the second night on the voicemail. I also said I would not be back until late. When I got back they had done nothing, and only had an automated kiosk for assistance. Other guests were having trouble with the kiosk and were told by a virtual attendant that someone was...

"An absolute gem right outside of Silver City. Close enough for gadgets to work, if needed, but far enough away to feel like you're on a whole other world Already planning a trip for the spring. Clean, comfy, and cozy. Had four deer eating 40 feet from me while I cooked dinner on the grill. Check-in was a breeze and they were more than friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go again, and next time bringing our pugs."

"Cockroach infested, literally opened the door and watched them scram. Sheets stained with stains I do not want to identify and nasty. Kiosk to check in is horrible. No on-site management when room keys don't work. No on-site help at all but cameras everywhere."
