La camera era troppo calda. Impossibile ridurre la temperatura anche con le finestre aperte. 23 gradi sono troppi e non salutari. Ancora una volta una jacuzzi non adeguata; la temperatura non era quella ottimale di 39 gradi.

This 5 star hotel really meets all of my expectations. I would like to thank Marco and all of the staff for making my family and I feel welcomed. The housekeeping turns down your beds in the evenings, the shuttle to the slopes was SUPER convenient, we only waited 5 minutes tops! Ski rentals was super convenient, and we booked ski lessons right in the lobby with Alberta. Our stay was memorable and its largely because of the wonderful experience provided by the Alpen Suite Hotel!

The hot is what a five star hotel should be. Service is perfect and the staff was so nice. The only thing I could add is that there is no "do not disturb" sign which is not good cos in the aim of the staff our room to be cleaned all the time they sometimes disturb you but not in the bad way. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing spa! Wish we’d stayed there more than one night. The hotel gourmet restaurant served us the best meal we had in Italy for a very reasonable price compared to home (NYC). It should receive a Michelin Star.

Muy confortable estadía en el Alpen Suite

Estuvimos una semana alojados en el hotel en plan familiar y fue todo perfecto. Desde la comodidad de las instalaciones hasta la amabilidad de todo el personal. Lo único que quizás pueda señalarse en tono constructivo es que las porciones del restaurante sean excesivamente pequeñas, si bien deliciosas. Sin duda alguna un lugar para recomendar y al que volveremos
