"I walked around my hotel room in my white socks. They were black on the bottoms just before I was going to bed. I didn't realize they didn't clean the rugs. The breakfast wasn't bad. I prefer butter rather than margarine."

"To start, the manager was rude and upset that we booked through expedia because he lost commissions. He made it very clear his was unhappy, which set the tone for the rest of time there. He put us in the furthest room, near the construction and away from easy access even though I expressed my mother is elderly. The morning staff ladies, we're pleasant and kind, the housekeepers as well. The food, seemed reheated. No service for the waffles or non stick spray so you couldn't make waffles after the first person. No fruit, no utensils for serving different items, you either use the same one or grab things with your hands. The room, stained all over, not sure how the curtains, headlamps and walls get so dirty but it felt off. We were sick and booked this place last minute so we didn't bother looking anywhere else. I will ot be using expedia deals ever again. This was the worst place ive ever stayed. Not to mention the sketchy people that hang in the parking lot all night. No on site security. If you are on a budget, there are more options locally."

"There was someone’s left overs in our “cleaned” room. Even thou the handicap rooms were full, (we had a reservation) I can’t walk because of a foot injury. They then put me on the second floor. If there had been a fire, I would have no way out because I can’t go down stairs."

"Although the hotel is old they do a somewhat decent job with upkeep. The room wasn’t fabulous but decently clean. The towels need to be tossed in the trash. The staff was kind. The pool and pool area was clean and nice. The breakfast is next to useless. No protein. All prepackaged muffins, toast, cereal. The coffee was not good. The apple and orange juices were completely watered down. Very disappointed in the breakfast. We will go somewhere else next time."
