Chiuso per covid...ma senza informare!!!!

Scelto a febbraio per un weekend a Pisa...abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per diverse settimane, ma senza successo. Inviati anche messaggi. Per fortuna qualche giorno prima, ho trovato sul web due recensioni di famiglie straniere che si erano ritrovati la porta chiusa con la scritta "Chiuso per Covid". Pessima gestione del cliente in primis da parte del B&B che aveva tutti i riferimenti da febbraio per informarci della situazione e anche da parte di Hotels.com che, in periodo di Covid, avrebbe dovuto fare queste verifiche. Tra l'altro il call center di Hotels.com è pessimo!!!

Super hotel

Un tres beau sejour a Pise. La localisation est parfaite. Il est au bord d'une route passagère mais ça n'est mas bruuyant. Un petit compliqué pour y aller... il faut passer sous un pont. L'hotel est tres propre, les chbres spatieuses et très jolies. En plus, on partait tot, ils nous ont laissé un petit sac avec du jus d'orange et des croissants, ça nous a fait très plaisir :)

Perfect Pisan Retreat

A great little hotel just moments from the Leaning Tower - super friendly staff and a lovely location. Near a supermarket too which is very useful, lots of restaurants and a train station :)

Lovely 2 night stay in Pisa

We were greeted at check in with a glass of Frizzante at 9pm by Marco..a great start! We had a downstairs room in the charming B&B Pisa Tower which was exactly as described and photographed. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the terrace (after Marco found us a bottle opener!) on the first night and even strolled the 500m to the leaning Tower at midnight. Very serene and tranquil. A previous guest review stated that they did not like the underpass to the city... we didnt mind it as the pathway is high above the cars on the road, well lit, and railed off. It can be loud while cars pass but its only 150m so it was fine. The B&B itself is lovely,.. very Italian, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is cold meats, cheeses, croissants,cereals, yoghurt... plentiful, and the made to order coffees are wonderful. The one minor issue we had was dogs barking at the back of the property at times overnight which woke us, but it wasnt constant, and being very happy with the hotel overall we didnt bring the matter up. It was too minor to make a fuss over, and we are a happy traveling couple that know that there are some things that are beyond peoples (Marco's) control. He went out of his way to help us with many things, bottle opener, offered to cook us pasta at 10pm on arrival (we didnt need it), opened his secure parking area for our car, called ahead to our next stop in Florence to make an enquiry for us....a great host. Dont worry about the underpass, come and stay here, its lovely!!!

A great property overall. Perfect location for the tower. Lovely room and staff. The only negatives were the noisy dogs barking in the next door garden VERY early in the morning and the train noise outside, but these are not the fault of the B&B. Overall, a great stay.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits ! Accueil parfait, hôtel à 10 mn à pied de la tour de Pise. Le seul petit bémol c’est les chiens qui aboient la nuit sinon petit déjeuner simple (dommage qu’il n’y a pas de pain) seulement pain de mie ! Personnel très gentil et serviable ! Merci encore.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Pisa. Our room was beautiful and highly updated, the location was a short walk to the tower and it was near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The host, Marco, was so hospitable and friendly that it made our stay even better. He helped us with getting around town, was very easy going about parking and checkout and he even helped us plan the rest of our trip with great suggestions! (We loved Lucca, as he predicted!) Couldn’t have had a better experience. Will do it again.

Marco , Philip and Jomar made a great team! Place is clean, spacious and near a train station. it's like a 10 minute or less walk to the Pisa Tower. Taxi from train station was around €10 and €18 to the airport. Thank you team for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant.

We used this B&B as a stop off too & from Siena . The owner is very helpful. Couldn't be much closer to the Pisa tower, but the walk through the subway was a bit off putting but no trouble really .Was given a recommendation of places to eat & the food was great.

An absolute gem of a hotel/B&B. What a welcome! Totally unexpected and starts your stay off beautifully (I won’t spoil it 😀). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Marco is a great host. We had a quad room which was great - 2 bedrooms which were big and a bathroom with the biggest sink ever! Location is very convenient for the Tower. It’s on the other side of the river from the airport (€18 in taxi) and central station (we used the hotel shuttle -€15) but there is a local train station just across the road (€1.50 to Pisa Centrale). A lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

Charmerande och prisvärt för familjen!

Mycket prisvärt, ett hel våning med välfungerande AC, fräsch inredning och sköna sängar. Egen liten uteplats i miniträdgård samt privat parkering direkt utanför dörren innanför låsbara grindar. Värden var generös, charmerande och strålande serviceinriktad. Frukost, mycket enkel men fyller sitt syfte:)
