Didn’t see or speak to any staff at the hotel. Key was on the bench at reception when we arrived. Room was nice and clean. You could hear other people talking and walking down the halls. Very affordable. Good location. (:

They cannot be trusted - avoid this place.

Hotel cancelled booking on day of arrival. Did not inform us. Sold room to someone else. We arrived 3 young children in tow to a shrug of the shoulders from a most unhelpful woman on reception. This hotel should be avoided at all costs and removed from Hotels.com. They cannot be trusted.

Ótimo hotel para ficar

Equipe do hotel muito receptiva e amigável! Hotel super bem localizado, perto do terminal de trem, lojas, mercado e dos pontos turísticos! O quarto tem tamanho bom e é muito aconchegante! A limpeza e organização deles foi fora de série!

A bejelentkezést előre jeleztük, amire rendben jelzést kaptunk. Este nyolc után nincs recepciós, csak az otthagyott üzenet és kulcs várt minket. A második meglepetés a fürdő volt. Nem közös fürdőszobával kértük, hanem simán fürdőszobával. (2 ezer forinttal többe került a privát fürdőszoba jelzésű szoba, nem tudtuk, hogy mi a különbség). Már tudjuk. Itt a fürdőszoba a folyosón van, saját kulccsal.

Hotel sporco (sujo). Falta de respeito.

Reservamos um quarto. Sabíamos que o banheiro seria exclusivo porém fora do quarto. Até aí tudo bem. Chegamos no final da noite. Luz do quarto não funcionava e a resposta foi que não se poderia fazer nada, e que não tinha outro quarto no hotel. Beleza, nada que a lanterna do celular não resolva. Sim. Aí, vamos para o banheiro. O sistema de exaustão do banheiro não funciona, consequentemente o banheiro fica extremamente úmido, logo, ambiente perfeito para a proliferação de fungos e outras coisas, principalmente por conta da nítida ausência de limpeza adequada, o que ficou extremamente perceptível. Segue nas fotos. Aí, fui reclamar. De repente o hotel pertence a uma rede, de repente tem um quarto noutro hotel da rede. O problema que já passava das meia-noite. Pior hotel que já fiquei. Não recomendo.

The location was good, not far from the train. Service was adequate, meaning they gave us a key and that was abut it. There was no wifi in the apartment. We asked about it and the guy said he didn't know why it wasn't working. There was an enormous kitchen, but an extra fee to use and it was completely empty of kitchen stuff. Also, no coffee. Front desk not staffed during posted hours. I will say the place was impeccably clean.

Basically the room is clean and comfort, but a little small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good too, around 5 to 10 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is a very good budget hotel for a short stay.

Pisa felfedezés

z a része nem tudni ki miatt, de egy jó nagy átverés volt, hogy van reggeli. Ugyanis reggelis árral együtt fizettem a szobát de reggelit nem adtak. Egy igen rosszul esett. Nem a pirítós, meg a vaj, meg szalámi miatt, csak az ember számít valamire, amire még fizetett is, és nincs :( ez nagyon negatív. Amúgy a szállás nagyon jó. 8 perc gyalog a vasútállomás. Nagyon jól és könnyen megközelíthető gyalog. Ha már itt tartunk transzfer sem kell nagyon a hoteltől, mert mint említettem 8 perc gyalog a vasútállomás, és onnan kb 16 perc gyalog a reptér, ami nagyon leegyszerűsíti a közlekedést. Busszal sem lenne nehéz és költségnek sem nevezném , mert a reptérre a busz kb 450 Ft. (gyalog meg ugye ingyen van :) A reggeli problémáját leszámíatva ajánlom a hotelt, mert igényes, és rendkívül tiszta.

Vi kom sent på natten men hade ringt innan & fått coden till rec. Allt fungerade nycklar låg i rec bara att gå upp till rummen samt att parkeringen gick bra trots centralt läge dr hade talat om att man skulle park inom blå linjer där det fans plats. Bra utvheckning på platsen. Helt ok

La plus mauvaise expérience de ma vie!! Wc et douche sur le palier, literie plus que mauvaise. Hotel bruyant surtout quand le receptionniste se croit en boîte de nuit avec la musique jusqu'a 3h du matin . Nous avons fuit à 7h30 pour le reste de notre périple.

Very nice property, neat and clean. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Around 15 minutes walk to the tower of Pisa, 5 minutes walk to the shopping market. 5 minutes walk from the Pisa central station. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Nous avons payé pour une chambre pour une chambre pour 5 pers dans l'hôtel et nous avons été "hébergés " dans un appartement 2 rue plus loin... A n'y rien comprendre!!!! Apparemment hotel complet alors qu'on avait réservé 3 mois avant!!!!
