Avoid this Hotel

Disappointing experience – far from five stars! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL POINTS. We had high expectations when we booked our stay at this five star hotel, but unfortunately it was a huge and huge disappointment. This place does not live up to the standard you would expect from a hotel in this class. STAY AWAY. First of all, the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the room smelled almost like mold. Unfortunately, the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time I approached the reception, I felt like I was in trouble. No smile, no welcome, and very poor customer service – which really ruined our whole experience. We wanted to check out the next day but unfortunately the stay was prepaid. The breakfast was miserable. Poor selection, tasteless food and definitely far below what you would expect, even from a three star hotel. It seemed like nothing was fresh. Overall: This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. I feel indirectly cheated and will definitely NEVER return. Steer clear if you expect quality, service and cleanliness in line with a five star standard. THE BEACH WAS VERY NICE. THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE RUDE.

What I didn't like was there was no restaurant open until 8:00 at night with limited menue, and with reservations highly recomended. Also, Zero Cab service. Desk has to call a cab, and he has +$48.00 on meter when he gets there, and adds another $45.00 for the ride to the Train Station in Pizza for a $93.00 ride of 18 minutes. Never ever stay there again.

How far are the property was goo, not great. There were some things that made the visit challenging like the shower in the room was not functional and cycled between hot and cold. Hotel room service failed to bring things like towels and toilet paper, it got old asking for the basics. It’s a busy hotel with lots of groups and families so activity and noise is everywhere.

TThis property was not the greatest experience. I feel that they definitely treated us differently being American and we’re a little bit snobby and rude towards us. We got there at 8 o’clock and of course not expecting an early check-in. I wanted to check and see if they had an opportunity for us to come in early. They did not allow us to check in until 3 PM but they did in fact check in more than 10 people while we sat there and waited. They explained that they did not have a room available in my room type which being in the hotel industry I could completely understand, but they didn’t even offer us an opportunity to have a different room type to check in sooner. By the time we got into the room it was definitely dirty. There was a bug smashed on the wall with blood, the sheets had hair on them. The bathroom counter had hair on it. The sheets were dirty and it smelled so strong of cleaning supplies that I instantly got a headache. Right after getting into the room, we definitely went and checked right back out and asked for a refund which they did not want to offer. I did end up speaking to the general manager who said we would be able to get the refund and he contacted the third-party to ask them to refund me yet. Expedia is supposedly still working on the case. This hotel is not near anything and there’s nothing to do in the area. The one good thing was the restaurant by the beach. The food was phenomenal. Still waiting to hear back about my approved refund.

Ottima.esperienza.di fine stagione

Sono stato 2 giorni per relax, e posso dire che è stato al di sopra delle mie aspettative Al 4 piano vista mozzafiato sorseggiando un ottimo americano piccante, la cortesia gentilezza disponibilità e educazione delle ragazze sono da ammirare .... Le camere mancano di piccolezze come battiscopa scorciati o delle macchioline di usura del tempo agli angoli della doccia ( comprensibile anche perché si è a fine stagione) Il cibo ben eseguito e di buna qualità complimenti per la macedonia di mare e il tagliolini nero con polipo ottimo veramente c'è stato un waww ..... Reception ragazzi molto validi e si sono subito adoperati alla richiesta di un taxi ..... Complimenti a tutto lo staff ..... Posto consigliatissimo e soprattutto come potrò io torno

Schade, könnte besser sein

Insgesamt schade, dass man zu diesem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht besser schaut. Die Putzfrau wechselte bei uns jeden Tag nur die Handtücher und machte das Bett. Sonst wurde nicht bis mässig geputzt. Badezimmer war sehr abgelebt und hier und da reperaturfällig. Beim Duschen lief überall das Wasser raus, weil sie undicht war. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schade das man da nicht besser schaut und dahinter ist. Auf jeden Fall kein 5 Sterne Hotel wie man es erwartet.

L’hôtel est loin d’être un 5 étoiles, il n’y a pas de restauration le midi ,il n’y a pas de bouteille d’eau dans les chambres. Il n’y a pas de renouvellement de café le matin . en fin de séjour, il n’y a pas d’´endroit fermé pour prendre une douche avant de partir le soir. Les chambres sont bruyantes.. en France, il obtiendrait 3 etoiles

Badhotell lite off

Fint hotell vad havet men tyvärr ingick inte solstolar utanför poolen vid havet. Frukosten var högljud och inte i nivå med ett normalt 5 stjärniga hotell på liknande orter. Ligger lite off och staden Livorno var vi inte speciellt imponerade av på vår rundresa.

Décu de voir un hotel 5 Etoiles sans air climatisé... Reponse de l'accueil : Pas de clim avant la 15 mai... Jamais vu cela d'un hotel dit "haut de gamme". Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres vu le nombre de moustiques... Je précise qu'il faisait 25 degrés en ce début mai!
