"Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. "My husband and I had the pleasure of staying with Elizabeth for 3 weeks and it was a wonderful experience! From making sure we arrived safely (even allowing an early check in to help get us out of the rain) to ensuring we were comfortable at all times, elizabeth was an outstanding host. We left with not just an bnb experience, but a true friendship as well. "The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."
