It was nicely updated, it had all the dishes and towels needed. The only negative things were that the bedrooms need an extra blanket, they only had a sheet and comforter. And there wasn't much hot water in the shower at anytime especially first thing in the morning.

Host was quick to respond. I addressed an issue with host and he was grateful for the insight and looking to make upgrades for future guest. Easy check in process. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Very convenient location and off street parking is a plus for the city. We stayed here for one night before an early morning procedure at nearby hospital… this place had everything we needed for a quick stay and close to hospital. Thank you Arthur!
