The initial check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The night staff on Friday was focused on her phone and acted very bothered when I asked about cups for the room and then she had to move 3 steps to get some toilet paper (there was only about 1/3 of a roll in the bathroom and no extras). Room smelled musty. Pool was nice and grab and go breakfast was OK. Lots of parking. Close to downtown.

The room was clean and the staff were great. The traffic was not bad, there was ample parking there. I will come back. The only thing is the 59.00 hold on our card. Hotel said it will put back in the card. Would recommend for others.

The water temperature went from scolding hot to freezing cold. There was no in between. The cable/internet kept going in and out. Breakfast was to be until 10am, but closed at 9am Sunday. Front desk staff was helpful. You are allowed 2 guests/room, so if, you have children, they charge $20/each for them.

Hi! The rooms were clean (except they missed some spots behind the front of the base of the toilet). I know this place has some poor reviews. But it was totally fine for us celebrating a birthday weekend and just wanting a crash pad for the night. They should clean the carpets in the hallway and fix some of the banged up cabinets behind the front desk.

Greatest most amazing Hotel Experience!!!!

the service and atmosphere was friendly & caring. I have arrived earlier than expected and check in wasn't till 3pm. the front desk was kind and very helpful and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is very very clean and not very far from downtown Pittsburgh Made the commute very easy. I loved the packed breakfast they had as it was nice to bring on the Bus home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan future stays..

The hotel is in a convenient location just outside Pittsburgh in the hills. It is a little aged but the beds are comfortable and the night staff are excellent. We tried a couple of rooms to get a quiet one. It is located along a busy road but it was not a problem.
