The room was amazing the staff are so friendly as well they helped with any kinda of need that I could possible had I would recommend this motel ten out of ten times.any it very close to the airport as well
The staff was vert helpful, but the room wasn't very clean. The shower leaked and was moldy. The bathroom floor was shot and peeling away from the walls.
Staff was nice. Rooms dirty as heck. Cockroach after cockroach. Other bugs as well. Smell of damp, dirty air - definitely mold problems. You honestly couldn't pay me to stay again
The maintenance staff is awesome and Chevy in the office is so nice and willing to help

Exactly what you’d expect at a great price. Always feel safe and the staff is very welcoming. Comfortable beds and convenient to a few bus lines. Laundry on site. Perfect for a good nights sleep and safe accommodation.
Chevy is the best at the front desk! Always pleasant and friendly and willing to help. He is an asset… Don is a hard worker as is Justin.

My husband and myself had a very nice stay. The room was nicely put together and clean. The bathroom didnt have the same organization as the other Wyndham hotels. I feel like the presentation could be better. As someone who is a housekeeper for a living. Nobody called our room, and the door was only knocked on once before three people tried to enter the room we were staying in. Im not sure why the door wasnt knocked on three times before entry. Customers didnt have clothes on when employees tried to enter. The presentation could be better. As a housekeeper myself, the protocal needs enforced. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Thank you for giving us a place to lay our heads.

The check in process was easy and straightforward. However. I paid extra for a queen suite and still was out in a room with double beds. The front desk clerk said nothing about this at check in. The beds had no blankets, just a sheet. It wasn’t a filthy room but definitely wasn’t cozy. When I was checking in there was another couple fighting for a refund because their room was filthy. She showed me pictures and wished me luck. Hair in the beds, tooth paste in the sink, drink rings on the counter, shower clearly not cleaned. They were told there were no other rooms so I didn’t complain about the discrepancy with what I paid for vs. received. But it feels dishonest, even if it’s a small amount of money.
Room had no AC, had a box fan with 1 working speed, Pillows were terrible, sheets were paper thin. At least room was clean, TV worked and there was hot water. Lighting was dim, bathroom overhead light had no cover and had a bulb missing. The TV remote was taped together with electrical tape, at least it worked.

Everyone was very nice except the mgr. She seemed like i was bothering her with questions. There were no blankets on bed or screens in the window to open the window to get air. The ac was broke and i didn’t receive any discount for thst.
First i’ll say the guy who checked me in was courteous. Upon arrival he tells me the AC is broke, now i booked through expedia so i was already in the hole for the $ and stated if i feel i have to leave i would, and if i could afford to i would have, i think a message from the motel in advanced on an almost 90 degree day for such an inconvenience is warranted. But the rest was just as off putting, this motel was more of a trap house, idk how motel chains are operated but this on should be demolished.

This was terrible we had no heat in our room and when we said something in the morning to the front desk they said we should’ve called them when we got to the room. We literally changed into comfortable clothes and went to sleep as we were at the Steelers game and tired afterwards. We woke up in the morning and frozen. Our keys did not work to our room and we had to go back to the office. The bed was comfortable but that was about the only good thing I could say about this place

The staff was wonderful. There was a problem with the heat so the woman that checked me in brought a room heater for me. The tail lights on my car would not shut off. I phoned the office to see if they could recommend someone that I could call for help. The woman sent the maintenance man. I explained that there was a switch which operates the tail lights and told him where it is located. I couldn't reach it. He located it, turned the switch to turn off the lights, and then zip tied it in place. Problem solved until I can take it to a garage for a permanent fix. Both the woman who checked me in and the one who checked me out were very pleasant, smiled, and made me feel welcomed. But my room was filthy. Floors, counters, the floor in the shower, and the mirror looked like they had not been cleaned for months. There were no blankets on the beds, not even one wash cloth. I wonder if the room had not been used for a long time because there was dust on almost every thing. I found a dirty sock crammed in a corner on one of shelves, bits of paper and a few shards of plastic on the floor and dust in the corners. To be fair, maybe this room is not used often. I upgraded to a room with a microwave and refrigerator for my medical needs. So maybe? housekeeping wasn't notified to have that room clean?? I was in town for a family funeral and didn't want to put family members out during this time of grief. But I am glad that I was there for only 2 nights.
Upon checking in, there was confrontation between the front desk staff and the customer in front of us but when we got to the desk, the staff member was cordial & told us if we needed anything to let them know. We went to the room to get settled before leaving for a wedding reception. When we were about to leave, we decided we needed to use the restroom and when we went into the bathroom, we found that there were remnants of blood on the toilet seat. We weren’t comfortable using the toilet so we went to the front desk to explain what we found. Immediately the staff was argumentative about the room that we were staying in. They then demanded the room keys and didn’t acknowledge us for approximately 10 minutes. My husband then let them know that we have an Uber ride on the way because we have to be at a wedding reception and the general manager came out and said they had to look at the room without us present. When they came back from checking the room, the manager instantly was defensive and said we have been in the room for an hour, the beds were messed up (only because we were checking for bed bugs), and there was nothing they could do for us. She also said that it was just a stain and insulted us by saying “you’re just too boujee to stay at Motel 6.” We then decided it would be best to stay elsewhere & the manager gave us trouble about returning our keys to us so we could get our belongings out of the room. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
