The house is nice (on the inside) and clean. The biggest issue is the neighborhood. The neighbors next door have children that come onto the property all times of day and night. Also, those same neighbors have trash in their yard and on the side of the home. Again, the interior of the home is nice, there were a few issues with the beds (comfortability). The host is very pleasant and responds quickly.
