Beautiful hotel, like stepping into the past. There is some wear and tear noticeable in some spots on walls and in the elevator, but nothing major. Architecture is gorgeous. Hotel and room was very clean and staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I'm not crazy about paying for parking, but it's Pittsburgh, you pay to park literally everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.
