"very disapoint my last staying at the hotel .Only available brazilian TV CHANNELS . The others CNN INTL,SPORTS,MOVIES no signal . They keeping saying they will fix but they NEVER DID . VERY INCOVENIENCE . "

"Beautiful hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Checked us in early. Fresh smoothie and omelette bar at breakfast. Right on the beach. Walkable area by restaurants. Delicious pool drinks. "

"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "

"Staff were top tier and friendly. Hotel is very basic especially for the price, and the floor in my room was not clean. Lots of room for improvement."
