Highly recommend! A great place to stay and dive. Excellent quiet location right in town, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed and wonderful helpful friendly staff. We absolutely loved our dive/snorkel trip, excellent boat, and lunch on Moho Caye. Our dive guide Eugene was really good, lots of friendly sharks found!

Wonderful place and would definitely stay again. 2 bedroom villa is definitely large enough for 4 adults. Captain Jaks also gave a recommendation to a lovely spa in Placencia. 5⭐️

Captain Jak's took great care of my wife and me during our recent stay. The staff were incredibly kind, our room was tidy and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities we had available to us - we found out we had free access to bicycles during our stay, and we were able to book a private shuttle from Placencia to Belize City at the last minute for a very competitive price. The room had excellent air conditioning, and the location was great for exploring downtown Placencia and visiting the beach. We were also able to get our clothes washed for a fee, and the staff took care of everything, even folding our laundry adn returning it to our room while we were out. Our only issues during our stay were that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and that it was unfortunate that the room did not have any pantry staples, like salt/pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. We weren't able to take full advantage of the kitchen without these, unfortunately.

I usually ignore e-mails asking for a review, so this place was special. The property was centrally located, so it was an easy walk to anywhere in the village. The cabana was clean and the few kitchen items we needed were provided quickly and easily. Selina was incredible! She was so very helpful at every turn. This is definitely a great place to stay.
