floors in room were not clean, took me 4 hrs to do two loads of laundry due to poor dryer that i paid 800$ just to dry my clothes, ice machine still broken on 1st floor, both computers in business center were not working even after told front desk, breakfast was two hrs late oh and the pool closed ...
