"Pleasantly suprised at this 3 star hotel. The rooms are basic and maybe in need of an update (woodchip walls) but the location and staff are out of this world. We went to sleep with the sound of the sea lapping outside and breakfasted within metres of it. The breakfast and lunch were lovely and the service impeccable. "
"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"Kaliopé Hotel & Résidence has a small resort feel with the amenities of having a very nice swimming pool while a beautiful beach lies feet away. Paddle boards and bicycles are available to reserve to rent and for those into more mellow activities there’s petanque, bocce’s French cousin and a full outdoor bar."

"Lovely weekend stay at Emmanuel’s home in the beautiful Gaou Benat, a private area on the coast with beautiful preserved nature and local architecture.The home was as advertised: 3 rooms, 2 showers, 1 toilet. Lounge area inside very nice one outside with a great view. Functioning kitchen we used to cook and easy walking access to the beach and tennis nearby.Communication with Emmanuel was easy and prompt.
