"Everything about the Hoyt House is exceptional.. it is located in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping. Newly remodeled! Upscale Condo on the World-renowned Amelia Island Plantation!
10/10 Excellent
"Incredibly well stocked! Had great toys, beach supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC ( no fault of owners) and they were super responsive and had a repair person out very quickly. Great experience!!"
Stunning Sandcastles Ocean Front - Amelia Plantation
10/10 Excellent
"The condo is bright and freshly decorated…..easy access to beach and pool. We appreciated the ready supply of ice provided by the refrig ice maker…not always the case. Loved two sinks in the bathroom. The elevator was not working when we checked out, but it was easy enough to tote everything down the stairs. "
Ocean Front villa located inside gated resort community.

"Overall, an excellent place to stay. The condo is pretty and well-appointed, with lots of extras for my dog. It's close to the shops (a 5 minute walk via the walking path) and restaurants, and located right next to the Omni, so access to the bar. The pool area is right under the condo balcony and the beach right in front can get a bit crowded due to the Omni right next door. But if you want to be right in the middle of everything, its a good location. Nice complex, too. The host was very responsive to my concerns about the elevator and fireworks shot off in front of the complex (we stayed over the 4th of July). I would definitely stay here again. "
AMELIA ISLAND PLANTATION VILLA 2/2 IN A GATED COMMUNITY JUST OFF BEACH LOCATION
10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed our stay. The beach was SO close, and the beach chairs were great quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet even with upstairs neighbors. The condo also had tons of hangers, which is a small but appreciated detail! Lastly, even if you’re not traveling with pets, don’t let the pet friendly detail deter you. This place was spotless. "

"Thank you for our wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful. We loved having the beach access so close by. Everything was a short drive away. My son loved your suggestion about the shark tooth, he was able to find one during our trip. "
