"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "I booked this resort for myself and my two daughters and it was so beautiful. The beach waters are literally crystal clear turquoise water. The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was so bright. The staff was 10 out of 10 so pleasant so kind willing to go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Special shout out to the all the bartenders especially Fresh and Ami. Una and Bill were very very helpful with everything. I will most definitely return. "
