The resort is really lovely, the services included are valuable, the staff is polite and helpful. The food was good, and the possibility of visiting some restaurants with table service throughout our stay was a great plus. Great family hotel

We had a great week. It is always a concern the food won’t be good at an all inclusive hotel but this place did not disappoint. The guests are 90% families so as a family it’s a relaxing place to be.

Euphoria Resort is a perfect place where spend your holidays. A new big structure with all inclusive treatment and all the conforts: 5 restaurants with a good selection of food, a fantastic swimming pool and direct access to the sea (not the best beach of the Island in particular for the baby). Only one negative thing: the cleaning of the room is not a five star level.

Awesome place, very well finished, super clean, great choice of restaurants, loads of things for kids to do with kids club and water slides, very nice spa, decent gym although a larger gym and heavier weights would be welcome. There is no shortage of pools with open lawn areas for the kids to play till they drop. They all the restaurants, but Psari (the fish restaurant) is top notch. Great beach, but it would be great to have a choice of watersports. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Euphoria Resort in Crete, and it was an incredible experience. We had one of the VIP beachfront rooms (without a pool), and the views were absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a busy day with our two small girls. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we always felt taken care of. There were lots of families staying at the resort, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming for our kids. I can’t say enough good things about this resort—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and I would absolutely consider returning in the future when we go back to Greece. If I had to mention two small things (though they’re not really complaints), it would be that in May, the water was still too cold to fully enjoy swimming, both in the pools and the ocean. The other thing was the food. Like many all-inclusive resorts, there were definitely some meals that were better than others, but overall, we were happy with what was offered. All in all, I highly recommend Euphoria Resort if you’re planning a trip to Crete!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, and it was also our first visit to Crete. Overall, the hotel was good, but there were numerous small issues that made us question certain aspects. For instance, the staff during lunch and dinner seemed overly strict, which detracted from the dining experience. The air conditioning was broken and couldn't cool below 20°C. Although there were four restaurants on site, access was restricted to VIP guests or required appointments, and we were only able to book one restaurant during our six-day stay. Additionally, the loud music at night could be disruptive, sometimes continuing until 10 PM. On the upside, the reception staff were helpful, and the four bars were efficient. The pool was a nice size, accommodating the number of hotel guests well.

Excellent choice for families

Excellent choice for families with minor room for improvement in hospitality Our 3-day stay at the hotel was excellent. Our room, as well as all common areas, were very clean, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food, for an all-inclusive hotel, exceeded our expectations, and I would rate it 9/10. It was truly a pleasant surprise. The facilities were well-maintained and particularly safe for families, offering plenty of options for both children and parents. For families seeking comfort and entertainment, this hotel is ideal, and I highly recommend it. The only downside I noticed was the overall demeanor of most staff, which I found somewhat distant. While they were not rude, I felt that the warmth and hospitality I usually expect from a hotel in Greece were lacking. This might be due to a management policy. However, there were a few staff members with whom I had the pleasure of interacting, and they showed genuine enthusiasm for their work. I should mention that while this "distant" attitude may have been a drawback for me, it could actually be seen as a positive aspect by other guests, as it allows for more privacy and peace during their stay. Overall, a very positive experience with minor room for improvement in the hospitality aspect.

Excellent hotel with great children’s facilities

We have just returned from a weeks stay with two young children (4 and 11 months). Overall it was a lovely hotel, very modern and clean with a luxurious feel. We searched for a long time to find a hotel where we didn’t have to compromise on the quality of the hotel in order to have good children’s facilities and this did not disappoint. The hotel has the look and feel of an adults only but has a fab water park and children’s area too. The food was good, we mainly ate in the buffet restaurant but had one meal at the Asian restaurant and one at the Chefs Grill, which were both good. We had a junior suite room, which was a really good size, the only downside was that there was no bath, which was tricky with two young children. I would give the hotel and facilities 5 stars, however the service really did let it down. Staff were friendly but in no way did they go above and beyond to provide 5 star service. In the restaurants you were never asked if you wanted a drink other than when you first sat down and the waiters were generally un attentive. Every day they watched me walk from the buffet with a baby in one arm and a plate in the other and nobody ever offered to help. One waiter in the Asian restaurant was very rude, the wind blew our soy sauce off the table and all over us, he just stood and watched not offering to help. When we then asked for help he left us all standing up while he seated another table, only to return when we had to ask him again to get us some napkins.

Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.
