First hotel that we didn’t have any issues with wi-fi was a real plus. They’re in a process of renovating the building. Inside was very clean. Staff were hard workers and friendly. Our room on the first floor could be updated, but it was comfortable. Price was great compared to other hotels in the area.

Rooms were okay. Bathroom is very small for a “King Suit”. The carpet was not the cleanest had stains on it. The pool and spa were “closed”. Prior to checking out there was a Beetle of some sort in our room. Not a terrible stay but wouldn’t stay again.

We stay here often to visit our Plattsburgh family. Despite the fact this facility is in the midst of a re-model, we enjoy staying here as it is convenient and user friendly.

Stay was good. Breakfast was nice. We were there for two nights and the only thing I didn’t like was the fact they didn’t make the beds and didn’t change out the towels.

Needs an upgrade- not worth the price of stay

This hotel needs to be renovated. They are charging similar prcies to nearby hotels with wonderful ratings. $140 for a hotel that needs to do better with cleaning, amenities, and general property condition is not reasonable. I cut my stay short after one night and went to the nearby Best Western that while a few dollars more, was wonderfully renovated,

This hotel is tired. Its well worn. Light bulbs were not working, hallway noisy, bed well worn, fridge really noisy. The AC was good, rooms are spacious just need a facelift. Needs a bit of love.
