"Quite an old hotel but in a great location, very close to the train and bus stations. Quiet room with everything that was needed.
The cafe below was very good for breakfast and the menu del dia.
All the sites of Oviedo are within easy walking distance."

"Mucho calor , Sin Airecondicionado ni ningún tipo de ventilación (si hay un ventana ) …. Ruidos por toda la noche que no se puede dirimir ! Y por la mañana construction abajo que empiezan desde el 9 de la mañana (durante nuestro estancia y no es la culpa del hotel pero para poder dormir hay que tener la ventana abierta )

"Tuve que lavar los cojines porque olían a mugre pero los verdes aún así seguían oliendo mal los beige no , hacía demasiado calor y nos dijeron que no prenden el aire y como eran las 4 la de la limpieza ya se había ido ya no podíamos tener un ventilador que fuéramos al parque jaja "
"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for...

"Perfect location to walk to everything. Away from the noise but close to shopping, restaurants, park, museum, cathedrals, etc. Front desk and restaurant staff were super nice and the room was really comfortable. Nicely modern style without the cold or emptiness. Would definitely rebook this hotel again. "

There is a very large construction project across the street that looks it may take years to complete, but I arrived at end of a work day so it was quiet. Very, very nice apartment.
