"Cheap hotel with elevator. Small but clean room. The pin to hang the showerhead was broken so had to hold showerhead in hand which is inconvenient. Breakfast is cheap (€4) but it isn't much. Either a croissant or some bread with jam and coffee. Our room was next to the elevator which gave a lot of noise at night. Because of the thin hotelroom door you also hear other guests if they are not super quiet. All in all good enough for an overstop, but I wouldn't want to stay here longer."
"The hotel was easy to get to. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pointed out a nice walking trail and good restaurants. The only problem we ran into was that they weren’t at the desk when we wanted to check-in and then he couldn’t be reached by phone. But after we came back a couple of hours later he was there. "

"Good place to stay in O Barquiero, close to the harbour. Very quiet. Meals available in nearby restaurant run by the same family. Short downhill walk from the train station and quite easy to find"

"Property is lovely and in a beautiful rural setting. Dinner isnt provided. We booked late and got the only room without a terrace which was a bit on the small side.
Plenty of outside seating areas. Carolina was great, ever so helpful."

A paradise in the northwestern mountains at Galicia with the most spectacular sunset views through the North Atlantic Ocean. Everyone from my family loved this home away home! "This was the most comfortable hotel I have experienced in Spain. The linings were crisp, bed comfortable and pillows soft. The view of the bay and location was phenomenal. The staff and owner made me feel very cared for welcome. I enjoyed their hospitality for two days enjoying the surrounding communities natural beauty. "

"The house was just as listed: an old Galician stone dwelling updated for one’s comfort, surrounded by lovely green fields with a close view of the sea. Short hikes take one to various beaches and to stunning coastal cliffs. Our host is a marvelous woman who told us about the area’s history and about the present community and economy. We even were introduced to her venerable parents who described bygone times of large families and rather productive subsistence farming. All in all we had a wonderful stay. This is a totally relaxing place."
