Ideally located close to all the main sightseeing attractions of Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Montignac, Périgueux, Beynac and Domme, our beautiful barn conversion comprises three independent properties, each tastefully renovated to a very high standard.

Each property is completely independent and has its own private pool, with beautiful views overlooking the picturesque village of Plazac and its charming 17th-century church. The combination of the peaceful setting, private pools and convenient location makes this a wonderful base for exploring the Dordogne.

**Your private space:**
This property has its own private pool and private sunbathing area, exclusively for the use of its guests. The property includes a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The open-plan living area includes a breakfast bar and opens directly onto the large shared terrace.

There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.

**Shared spaces:**
The large terrace directly outside the properties is shared by all three properties. The car park is also shared. The three private pools and their surrounding sunbathing areas are located on the lower terrace, with each pool reserved exclusively for the guests of its respective property.

Please note that the properties are not suitable for babies or children.
