"I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review...

We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!"

"What was left inside the pillows was lumpy. Towels looked like cleaning rags, so old. Door would not double lock inside. Poor WiFi. Problem with my prepayment even though I had a receipt. "

"Great place to stay. Close to the train station and busy area is the city such as bars and restaurants. People on the hotel are really friendly. Breakfast is just yummy and has great variety."

"The rooms have recently been renovated so everything is new, clean and modern. The room had a small kitchen for cooking, bathroom had a washing machine for cloths, the bathroom and living/bedroom where a good size. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely go back again!!!"
