Appartement de belle qualité avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et la mer.Literie et mobilier design et de qualité.Parking couvert privé et chien accepté.PS4 pour les jeunes.Peut être un petit bémol pour les ustensiles de cuisine type couverts, casseroles et poêles de mauvaises qualité.Sinon cela reste une belle semaine de congés pour NOËL

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischer Lage direkt am Meer und an der schönen Strandpromenade. Pléneuf -Val-André ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Die Ortsmitte mit kleinen Geschäften (z.B. Bäckerei) sind vom Appartement sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Küsten der Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Vermieter konnten jederzeit angeschrieben werden und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine nette kleine Bar/Restaurant. Die Küche war sehr modern und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Sie war sauber und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anzeigenbeschreibung ist korrekt und die Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort sehr freundlich. Nur die Kautionserhebung war ein extrem nerviges Ding mit swikly. Das funktioniert vermutlich ohne Menschen. In der Ferienwohnung hatte der Router keine Internetverbindung. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise gab es kein WLAN in der Wohnung!!! Ärgerlich und mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

1a Wohnung mit großartigem Blick und toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an dem tollen breiten Strand und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum und ist auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Küstenwanderweg. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet, modern, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Einziges Manko ist ein schwaches WLan. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist ca. 500 m entfernt, mit dem Auto erreicht man aber in ca. 5 Minuten einen großen Supermarkt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig, es kam aber am 3. Tag jemand persönlich vorbei um alles zu besprechen (leider nur in französisch). Die Tiefgarage, die inkludiert ist, ist sehr eng, sodass wir unser Auto an den umliegenden Straßen geparkt haben, was aber kein Problem war.Wir haben unsere Reise hierher sehr genossen und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist toll. Die Betten sind sehr bequem uns sauber. Es gibt 2 Bäder und eine separate Toilette. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Fernseher hat Internetanschluss. Unsere Kinder haben die Theke mit den zwei Hochstühlen geliebt und hauptsächlich dort gefrühstückt. In der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Im Erdgeschoß ist eine gemütliche Bar/Restaurant wo man abends einen Cocktail trinken kann. Familie Laigo war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch für das Gastgeschenk. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir in Pleneuf-Val-Andre sind.

Bei dieser Wohning stimmt einfach alles Lage nur durch Promenade(Fussgänger/Velo) vom Meer (2km Strand) getrennt Super bestückte Küche Schön einerichtetes Wohnzimmer Super Blick vom Balkon Bequeme Betten... ...es gibt Bademöntel zumbenutzen
