The property is cozy, very well maintained and very peaceful. The rooms are great in size and amenities. The restaurant is really good, we had great meals during our stay, it didn’t disappoint. It is 15 minutes away from the park Entrance #1. Very convenient but in a private and secluded road. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Very nice location 500 Mts from a great viewpoint of the big waterfall. Josipa was very professional and helpful. She gave us all the information we needed to have a great day at the park. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed the included breakfast very much. The area is very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

We absolutely adored our stay at Fenomen Plitvice Resort. The location is outstanding with the most picturesque overlook of the park 500 meters from the property. Additionally, we were able to walk from the resort to the P3 entrance to the park. The hotel had a wonderful free breakfast and allowed you to reserve a private 40 min spa session which was outstanding after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed two dinners at the restaurant and had a lovely experience (with delicious Croatian wine) both times. Highly recommend this resort!

This was a unique property in the "woods." Beautiful "campus." We were impressed by its cleanliness and service. I would definitely stay there again. However, be mindful of the season of your travel. We went in mid-Oct and it was cold (we're Californians) but were unable to use the heater since the cold season hadn't started.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Fenomen Hotel after visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The service was superb and the property is breathtaking. Our children loved the trampoline and the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.
