Cosy studio completely renovated in 2026 in Plouhinec, 5 minutes walk from the town and its shops, and opposite the supermarket. Ideal for 2 to 4 people with double bed and sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, electric barbecue terrace, private parking. Only 3 km from the fine sandy beaches of blue flag and very close to the magnificent Ria d'Étel. It is the right starting point to discover southern Brittany. Perfect for a stay between the sea, walks and... good Breton pancakes!

The studio is cosy and modern, ideal for a stay as a couple, a family with children or for professionals looking for a comfortable pied-à-terre in the region. our animal friends are welcome, fenced terrace, no more than 2 dogs with prior agreement, an extra charge of 30 euros will be required.

The accommodation has a very convenient location: a supermarket is just opposite and the village is only a five-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, tobacco bar and small shops will allow you to enjoy local life without the need to take the car (except maybe to go to the beach... but we promise, it's not far away!). PGJyPg
The studio can accommodate up to four people. You will find a comfortable double bed of 140 cm as well as a sofa bed (135 x 180 cm) that we recommend more to children or teenagers for your comfort. The living space is pleasant, with TV and free Wi-Fi connection to stay connected... or to watch the Breton weather that sometimes changes its mind during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook just like at home: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals after a day of discovery.

The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate for more comfort and privacy.

Outside, a terrace with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the sunny days, an outdoor coffee or an aperitif after a day at the beach. Two free parking spaces are available on site and it is also very easy to park around the accommodation.

Cleaning is €50 to be paid on arrival directly at Aurélie and bed linen can be provided as an option for €15 per person.

The location of the accommodations are ideal for discovering the many treasures of the region. The large sandy beaches are only three kilometres away and are supervised during the summer season. You can also explore the magnificent Ria d'Étel, discover the famous small islet of Saint-Cado and its famous house with blue shutters, or walk around the Petite Mer de Gâvres and the Magouër boat cemetery.

Nearby, you can also visit the Citadel of Port-Louis, embark on the Ile de Groix, discover the maritime city of Lorient, admire the famous alignments of menhirs of Carnac or walk along the wild coast of the Quiberon Peninsula passing by the charming port of La Trinité-sur-Mer.

Between sea, nature, heritage and water activities, there is something to fill your days... and if it ever rains a little, don't worry: in Brittany it is often said that the weather is nice several times a day!
