Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location, very easy to find and shopping centres are close by. If you prefer to use public transportation, the bus stops right at the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights but they didn’t vacuum the floor at all. Toilet had a strong smell. Weak air conditioner airflow. Couldn’t sleep well because the room too hot. Staffs were friendly and helpful at the reception. Foods at restaurant were good.

Super recomendo para estadias curtas pois o quarto é em pequeno, e não tem frigobar! Mas o atendimento é simplesmente sensacional. Desde o momento e que chegamos fomos muito bem recepcionados e inclusive nosso filhinho estava doente e o pessoal foi super atencioso nos dando endereço de farmácias e hospitais, caso fosse necessário bem como ofertando chás e outros serviços. Além disso, vendo a irritação de nosso filho, logo lhe deram um kit de pintura e duas bebidas para nós. Sou muita grata pelo atendimento humanizado que tivemos. Voltaria sim nesse hotel.

We had an amazing stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, food was very good. Room was perfect and very clean. Also convenient you can visit the city by bus, the busstation is across the hotel and very easy to do even if you don't know the language. Next time we visit Plzň we will book this hotel again for sure!
