• In-Season (May 15–Sept 7): $8.50 per person/night (age 6+), $42.50/week
• Off-Season: $2.00 per person/night (age 6+)
• Children under 6: Free
• Vehicle Fee: $20 per vehicle
• Admin Fee: $20 per rental registration
• Late Fee: $100 if booked/registered within 3 days of arrival
Note: Pools open mid-June; weekends only from Memorial Day to mid-June. Closed after Labor Day.

📜 House Rules
• Booking:
• Summer (July–August): Saturday–Saturday only (1-week minimum)
• Other times: 2-night minimum; 3 nights on holidays
• Check-in/Check-out: 4 PM / 11 AM (subject to change)
• Occupancy Limit: 8 guests max – no exceptions
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+
• Pets & Smoking: No pets. No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking allowed.
• Parking: 3 cars max
• Security: Watercraft and driveway monitored for guest safety
• Noise: No loud music or loud talking outside after 10 PM
• 3rd Party Bookings: Not permitted
• Community Registration: Must be completed 3+ days before arrival
• $100 late fee applies
• Copy of driver’s license required
