1. 숙소시설 깨끗, 실내에서 고기 구울 수 없고 지정된 장소에서만 고기를 구워야 한다는게 번거로움. 솔직히 내가 결재한 방에서 고기 굽는것도 아닌데 숯 비용 2만원은 너무 비싼거 아닌가 싶음. 근처에 걸어갈 편의시설 없음. 2. 이용과정 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약 -> 개인사정이 생김(가족이 아픔) -> 여행5일전 예약 날짜만 변경가능한지 문의 -> 호텔스닷컴에서 펜션에 연락을 취했으나, 기재된 연락처는 임대 대행업체라서 규정상 안된다함 -> 호텔스 닷컴에서 사장님께 물어보고 알려주신다 함 -> 21일 투숙예정이었으나 21일 밤 9시에 변경이 어렵다는 이메일을 받음. 3. 개인사정 변경 환불이 어려운 상품을 결제한 책임은 고객(본인)에게 있음이 맞음. 숙박업소(사장님) 또는 호텔스닷컴(기업)의 배려를 바랐던 고객(본인)의 무리한 기대였다는 생각이 듬. 문의에서 답변을 받는 시간까지 약 5일의 시간이 걸렸고, 약 4번의 상담을 남겼으며, 일정 당일이 다 지나가는 밤 9시경에 답변을 들었음 4. 후기 그럼에도 불구하고 일을 처리하는 과정에서 노력해주신 호텔스닷컴 상담원 분들에게는 감사를 표함. 끝으로 호텔스닷컴만 이용하고 스템프를 몇십개 찍어온 충성한 고객이라 생각했으나, 기업의 규정 앞에서 고객(본인)은 그저 수익창출 목적의 도구일뿐임을 다시 깨달음.

내 집처럼 편안한 숙소!

펜션이 꼭 가정집같은 느낌입니다~섬유유연제 향이방안 곳곳 나는것같았구요, 침실이 아늑하고 따뜻해서 꿀잠 잤네요~ 숙소 전체가 깔끔하고 특히 주방이 매우 청결하게 정돈되어있습니다~~복층에다 거실도 넓어서 2인 이상 인원이 이용하시는데도 불편함이 없으실것같아요~~강추입니다^^
