"Came on a thursday to celebrate an anniversary in the Honeymoon Suite and it was such a fun stay! We were expecting to see others due to the shared restroom and kitchen but seemed to have it to ourselves, which was an unexpected plus. The stairs are much steeper than one may hope, but eventually got used to. The restroom is in the middle level for the honeymoon tower, so you have to leave the room to use it. The room itself has the bathtub located inside, a few steps away from the bed and a patio located outside. A/c unit was decently cold, the windows are open to the public so be weary of that when curtains are open. Smart TV that was slightly on the smaller end but did the job, our remote was unable to turn the volume up so we had to connect it to our phone through the Roku App to adjust the volume; but this was an easy fix. The hostel seems to provide everything you need, kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, dishes, coffee pot. Only small complaint is the limited option of decaf coffee. Walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes, which was convenient due to not wanting to lose a decent parking spot. Parking was easy to find on the side street right next to it but again may be more difficult on the weekends; be ready to read the signs! Room was cleanly , from the bed to the bathtub to complimentary items the hostel provides. Hoping to book again soon for a night out. Thank you!"

"Stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and it was a pretty enjoyable experience. The rooms were a lot nicer than what I was originally expecting (since it is a motel), and the beds were very comfortable. Overall would definitely stay again."

"I was skeptical before I arrived. But, there was a lot of character and history at this hotel. The attached diner was very good. The small bar in the hotel felt like a speakeasy. We really enjoyed our stay."
