Villa Bima Sena- Luxury Beachfront Villa with Private Pool, Chef & Staff (2-6 p)

"Excellent property with unbelievable staff.I will start with the only negative I can write about… where the property is beachfront it lacks some privacy. Other properties have walls to screen… on several occasions we had people sit right next to where we sunbathed which was really uncomfortable. Staff did their best to move them on but this absolutely needs fixing and took some shine off an otherwise magical stay. Please do something about this for the sake of future guests.Ok so the good stuff… property is massive and the bathrooms are dreamy. Showering outdoors to the sounds of Bali was epic.By far the best part is the staff. Jutta (driver) absolutely made our holiday… driver, tour guide, all round great person made our stay the best trip ever. No day is too long for him, he will take you anywhere and show you hidden gems along the way. Without us asking, he even went to the length of staying with family in the South just to stay with us for 3 days. Absolute hero and couldn’t recommend hiring him enough… money I would spend ten times over. Listen to his guidance and recommendations!Ayu & Sepi are the best. Make the best meals and nothing is too much trouble for them. They never felt like they intruded on us but were always there. It’s a great location and I would highly recommend a private boat at Mengenjan Island and Aling Aling waterfalls…. We went to both twice and Jutta will get you the best guides.Thank you for the best holiday!"

"schöne großzügige Villa mit eigenem Pool im großen Garten, eigenes Personal, Lage direkt am Meer, jedoch ist der Strand sehr dreckig und das Meer lädt nicht zum Baden ein. Aber man hat ja den eigenen Pool - den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die 2 netten Damen die uns den Haushalt gemacht haben und für uns gekocht haben, gaben sich sehr viel Mühe um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man konnte auch Massagen buchen, was wir des Öfteren gemacht haben. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man müsste das eine oder andere erneuern. In den Badezimmern sind die Wasserhähne und Amaturen total verkalkt und das Wasser in der Dusche riecht sehr unangenehm nach Metall. Auch gab es keine Seife an den Waschbecken in den Badezimmern - muss man also selbst mitbringen, was man so eigentlich nicht erwartet bei dem Preis. Der von uns vorab gebuchte Fahrer für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt konnte oder wollte uns nicht wirklich nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch einen schönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie unserer Tochter. Wir haben die Zeit genutzt für Gemeinsamkeit - da unsere Tochter in Neuseeland lebt und wir uns auf Bali zu einem gemeinsamen Urlaub getroffen haben.Man sollte jedoch auch wissen, dass die Gegend nicht so sehr auf Touristen ausgelegt ist. Etwa 30-45 Minuten in Richtung Westen gibt es einen schönen Strand bei Pemuteran, mit günstigen Liegen zum Mieten und Korallenriffen zum Schnorcheln- direkt vom Strand. Ideal auch für Kinder."

"It is a beautiful place. Great to relax, take snorkeling/diving trips or land excursion. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only comments to consider is that during our last day the resort changed menu in the property restaurant reducing choice of dishes. I hope that eventually the menu will be expanded back to the level that it was before may be by adding new dishes compare with the previous menu."

"A very peaceful and comfortable stay at a quiet and relaxed location. Staff were just lovely, room was unique and comfortable and although the location is remote, it was just what we needed to help us relax. Pool amenities were lovely too. I would definitely recommend for a quiet, relaxing location."
