"Everything was good, but the bed and pillows were horrible. The mattresses need to be rotated and the pillows felt like a flat basket ball, I just couldn’t sleep on the bed so I had to sleep on the floor."

"Swimming pool was warm, the hot free of "bubbles". Very clean. Very warm and friendly staff all around. "

"Property feels safe, breakfast was not the best. Parking is good. Staff seemed nice. Rooms on the first floor that are located by the stairways and exit doors are horrible. Listened to slamming doors most of the night and early morning as guests came and went. It was hard to get any sleep at all. Might not have been too bad if it was for one night, but it was an extended stay."

"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. At 2pm I saw two gentlemen walk in and a few minutes later, walked out to get their bags. I jumped out and asked if they were able to check in since there was a strict no check in early policy that the lady was not nice about telling me more than once. They said they got their keys no problem. So I walked in with them and all of the sudden I was able to check in. Got to my room. It was nice until I took my shoes off and walked across a very dirty floor with lots of dirt on my feet now. Pulled back the covers to find lots of black short hairs on my sheet. Bathroom was disgusting and AC unit didn't work properly. From check in to check out, was a nightmare and I will never stay there again. "

"Our experience was outstanding! The home was awesome!!! Very nicely decorated and was warm and inviting. Has great walk paths next to the home and was convenient for shopping. Looking forward to our next trip to Cheyenne and hopefully this home is available."

"Rooms weren’t clean at all found someone’s hat from previous stays under the ac and spider webs under the beds . Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Can definitely get better for what you pay"

"What a great host. Showed up to give us a tour of the house so we knew where things were. That was so sweet. Responded so quickly to everything and the house was absolutely wonderful. Such an amazing host and such an amazing house."
