The condo was nice. Staff were great. Suggestions: bigger coffee maker. New mattresses. Better parking area.The clubhouse cafe was awesome. Food and drinks were great. Location was nice.Watching nite time golf was a hoot!!

Disappointing Experience

The location was quiet and the views from our room were good. Overall, the facility needs a lot of TLC. Part of the furniture was basically falling apart, i.e., both kitchen chairs were split down the middle making them unsafe to use and not one drawer on any of the furniture opened correctly. Also, one side of the toilet paper holder was missing so the toilet paper was mounted on the side of the water tank of the commode. The agreement indicated that everything had to be cleaned at check-out but cleaning supplies and equipment were sparse. There was one sponge in the kitchen but nothing in the bathroom. The broom for sweeping floors was extremely worn and dirty. There were limited amenities, including no hair dryer, so everything was pretty basic. That is fine when things work but not very appealing as noted above. The staff in the pro shop for the golf course were very helpful but we had no actual contact with condo management or employees.

Very clean! Address is not correct on Expedia. Call ahead to clarify. Also much check in by 8PM after that no one will be available. Beautiful locatoin 2 minutes from Range Pond State Park. Interior is dated but extremely clean.

Very pretty old house separated into 4 units. View of golf course and sunset is beautiful. Very basic but clean accomodations. We had neighbors but barely noticed them. Beds were fairly comfortable except for the plastic liners. Sofa bed is about as comfortable as you'd imagine an old sofa bed would be. Bar / Restaurant was small and simple but food and drinks were good. Not a ton of attractions nearby, but Range Pond State Park is gorgeous.

Great property on a golf course, bucolic views and close to a LOT. Some challenges with tight parking, and we had an access issue to the unit. Off-hour support not the best, but manager ultimately resolved all. Overall, super little gem WELL worth it!

Very dirty, bugs everywhere, booked for a sofa bed and two small beds but there were no sofa bed. Grass inside when we arrived like it never been wiped. Multiple broken things such as the toilet paper holder.

Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!

Could use some improvements

The condo overall was very nice. However, it could’ve been a little cleaner. Such as the couch (was filthy) and the cable did not work. I know this is the season for bugs, but there was a ton of ants in the kitchen and I was woken up by an earwig or two crawling on my face, arms and legs on multiple occasions. Also, for the price repaired, I felt like the furnishings were a little dated. Maybe they were picked up at a yard sale or the free section on craigslist.

We had to wait to see the condo. I had to step aside while golfers were serviced. The condo had not been ccleaned. Another condo offered that could not accommodate us, many steps, unsecure passcode, same code on 2 doors, 123456. Bad service, nothing was offered to help us.

Need an upgrade

Well the location is beautiful, right in the gold course. The deck is nice but old, few nails coming off from the floor. The bed is not comfortable, everytime i move the bed moves not sturdy at all. Bathroom is ok. The AC is so loud wakes me up in the middle of the night. No AC in the living room which is not comfortable at all on the hot weather especially if your cooking in the kitchen. Cabinets are old and has musty smell. Couch need to be replaced, I'm only 125 lbs and I'm sinking. The kitchen window doesn't close. Needs new painting and TLC
