Mandola Rosa is a fabulous rural rental villa nestled in the tranquil village of Prodromi, on the outskirts of Latchi. Surrounded by natural beauty, the villa boasts sensational sea and mountain views, a sprawling outdoor area, and an impressive infinity pool—making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable family holiday.Spread over two levels and elevated above its lush gardens and pool area, the villa offers a peaceful, private escape with space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The charming blue-and-white Greek island aesthetic continues inside, where the décor is simple, fresh, and effective. The villa has 3 airconditioned bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests.The spacious ground floor is largely open plan, with two sets of patio doors that flood the interior with natural light and lead directly to the pool terrace. Arched doorways connect a cozy lounge area to the modern kitchen and dining space, where a large table invites family meals and gatherings. The kitchen is cleverly designed to keep the cooking area separate from the dining zone, ideal for entertaining. Also on this level is a bright double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto the terrace overlooking the pool.Upstairs, you'll find two further generous bedrooms: one double, and a large family-friendly room with a double bed and two singles—perfect for families with young children. Both rooms feature patio doors leading to private balconies with sweeping sea views, and they share a family bathroom.But it's outside where Mandola Rosa truly shines. The upper terrace is home to the impressive 11m x 5m infinity-style pool, complete with a glass balustrade for added child safety. Under the shaded pergola, you'll find a well-equipped BBQ and bar area—perfect for grilling local souvla, keeping your drinks cool in the outdoor fridge, and enjoying al fresco dining with sunset views. Whether you're floating in the pool, relaxing on a sun lounger, or enjoying a quiet moment with a book, this space is designed for laid-back holiday living.Steps lead down to a lower terrace where younger guests will find their own fun: a separate children's pool, lawn area, and even a swing—ensuring there's something for everyone.Despite its peaceful setting, Mandola Rosa is just a short drive from the lively marina at Latchi and the traditional town of Polis. Here, you'll find all the essentials for a home-cooked feast, along with a wide variety of charming tavernas, cafes, and bars. This place is absolutely amazing

This place is absolutely amazing. The view of the sea and the land is gorgeous. The pool(s) are sparkling and the house is charming and spacious. Close to the beach and we loved how quiet and private it is. We’re definitely hoping to stay here again sometime. Perfect place for a family get away.

Fabulous place within walking distance to downtown Polis. Beautiful home and responsive host. About 45 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and 10 minutes to Latchi and Aphrodite's Bath. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay, view of the sea and the village from the villa. Spacious and comfortable villa. Very nice swimming pool and very popular BBQ. Shops, very good restaurants and beaches nearby. Small downside about the wifi not being very efficient but it was just a detail for us. We really had an excellent family stay. We recommend this villa to everyone.

Yes, it really is as nice as it looks in the pictures

Yes, it really is as nice as it looks in the pictures. This modern home was perfect for us, secluded enough without being isolated. Great size pool and BBQ area. Rooms were more than big enough. Private parking on own property, beautiful gardens. The local Marina is very friendly too and they have regular boat trips to the Blue Lagoon. We were very happy and plan to return in summer next year, when the pool should be a little warmer!

Beautiful Villa

Highly recommend this villa -superb value. It's very large and would easily accommodate up to 8 adults. It's very clean and well equipped. Within easy walking distance of the village to a minimarket and restaurant. Would highly recommend hiring a car though to get around. We stayed for 10 days and the cleaners arrived as per the agreed schedule to change towels and bedsheets etc and the pool person turned up every 2 or 3 days to do their stuff so the pool was immaculate.All in all a perfect stay

Beautiful place to stay

Fantastic week in this villa. The photos of the place are accurate, and the views of the mountains from everywhere on the property are even better. Polis and its local tavernas was walkable (although the road was a little busier than expected), and Latsi marina with more restaurants was also walkable, but we ended up dining at the villa most nights just because it was the nicest place to be. We found Arkamas peninsula (15-minute drive) was a great place to walk with clear trails and very scenic. Nearby Sterna winery with its museum also highly recommended. Overall, a very beautiful and relaxed part of the island. The villa itself is spacious, basically clean, and well equipped, and was good value.

Excellent villa in a great location!

We loved this villa. It was perfect in every way. The outside space is pretty amazing and we loved the location. We walked into Polis for an evening meal most nights and went to a fabulous bakery for breakfast, the pastries are something else. Close to the beach and the harbour is just up the road. We hired a boat for the day which was just the best. Excellent communication throughout. Totally recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely, just not luxury

This villa is great.. eos, vrbo and others advertise it as "a luxury villa" however, in my opinion it is not luxury at all, but that depends on your definition of luxury. To me everything offered should work properly such as all the interior, exterior and pool lighting, for which we had to ask to be actioned, also the 2 large water spouts that flow into the main pool do not work. When we asked for them on, the response was, "they just dont work". Well for me, change your advertised images then. It is the little things sometimes that make a difference, like all the outside lighting having the same type/colour of bulb in them, curtains that close properly and are the right width. The kitchen is tiny with little worktop space and a 2 slice toaster for a villa that caters for 9 peoplel just isn't good enough. This may sound picky but they advertise it as "luxury"... The villa is very spacious both inside and outside and is certainly well worth staying at. Its location is perfect, quiet and easily accessible. One thing that did annoy us was... on the last day checkout is 10.00am but the cleaners arived at 8.00am and started cleaning outside, quite noisily in my opinion. It felt like they were trying to get us leave as soon as possible to make their lives easier.. Overall excellent villa... just not luxury though...

Perfect villa for our family

Easy to find and key box/self entry - great size villa - enough for 2 families - we were only 4 people!!! My kids loved having their own rooms, and my son played football all week in the lower garden near the swings. The pool is gorgeous - but as its April - still rather chilly. Singh the handyman/rental agent was always on hand if we needed assistance and kindly allowed us to check out later. Views of the mountains and sea are amazing - unfortunately the sun sets behind trees at the side. If you are expecting chic and trendy decor you will be disappointed - this place is homely and a bit old fashioned. However, we had a great week - centrally distanced between Polis, Latchi and Drouseia - highly recommend.

Villa is sublime! 100% would recommend.

Location is great - 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurant area or 15 minute to the small town with more restaurants and supermarkets. Villa is exceptional, the pictures were great but when we got there we instantly knew we got well beyond what we paid for it - the view is expectional from it as well. Staff were great at communcating with us whenever we had a question. Living room slightly smaller than expected - but given the limited time we spent inside, this wasnt a big issue for us.

We stayed here with another family to celebrate my 30th Birthday. It was better than the photos and was amazing. Had plenty amenities to prepare and cook meals, great location with plenty sun and privacy. plenty bed space for at least 10 people along with plenty space in each bedroom and room. Will deffo be booking to stay again in the near future. Great location to hire boats at the harbour and shop around, BBQ was fabulous with the under cover kitchenette outside and extra fridge space. Washing machine available which meant no dirty washing to take home, Sunbeds are sturdy and strong, Beds are great sizes and very comfortable. Worth every penny we paid for this luxury villa.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens with spectacular views- and within 2 minutes drive to Polis. The beds were a little uncomfortable... but other than that all was good. We had a few issues with the wifi - however - the owners quickly dealt with the issue.

Lovely property but lacking the luxury touches

The property is well laid out with a fantastic pool and near amenities (although we would say a car is required). It is marketed as a luxury property and this is where we felt it was a little disappointing as there was very little provided. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of equipment - although the dishwasher on top of the washing machine made it very difficult to use. But we were left two bottles of water and some over-ripe fruit (which had actually gone mouldy by day two). This meant we had to buy everything in order to be able to use the kitchen - from salt to bin bags. The cleaner visited once during the stay but only mopped one area of the kitchen (the bed was also changed). It was not as described in the information we received ahead of our stay. With such a light clean and no cleaning products provided, it was difficult to clean to our own standards. Overall the villa is very nice, just a few more touches needed to really earn "luxury" status.
