This property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.14 and 1.70 m. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total. The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. If you fancy a day of sun and sea, the beach of Puerto de Pollença, with its fine sand and crystal clear waters, is an idyllic place to enjoy a wide range of water sports or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun and sea breeze.
