Villa Rei Petit is located in between the traditional town of Pollensa and the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa. There are many things to see and do here, and Cala San Vicente is also just a few minutes’ drive away, with Mallorca’s many beautiful beaches and coves.



This traditional country house is approached along a colourful oleander-lined drive, with far-reaching mountain views. The villa also gives a traditional country house feel, with the living area featuring beamed ceilings and traditional furnishings.



Upon entering from the front covered terrace, the very comfortable, spacious accommodation has a large living/dining room with beamed ceilings and satellite TV. Next to it there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine, as well as a pantry, utility room and a toilet. On this level of the house there is also an attractive twin bedroom with a full bath/shower room adjacent.



Stairs lead up to the master double bedroom and another twin bedroom. They both share bath/shower room. All bedrooms benefit of fitted wardrobes and A/C units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. These times cannot be extended and/or changed. In addition, clients will have free standing fans).



The covered terrace is fantastic for enjoying al fresco meals and a perfect place for everyone to relax in the evenings enjoying the barbecue. The swimming pool is to the front of the house, with Roman steps, spacious furnished sun terraces set amidst mature lawns and gardens with stone built in BBQ and dining terrace. The fruit orchard has mature fig and olive trees providing a relaxing shaded area.



Finally, it has to be pointed out that pool towels are provided for free.
