The property offers a privileged natural setting with a garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, a spacious 80 m² terrace, barbecue and private swimming pool. Among its amenities stand out: air conditioning, heat pump heating, balcony, hairdryer, iron, and outdoor parking space within the property. For entertainment, it has satellite television (languages: Spanish, English, German).



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
