Can Rieres is a first floor apartment located just 40 meters from the beach. The property has been recently renovated, and has been tastefully decorated with white furniture and neutral tones.

Upon entering we find the living room and fully modern open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and one double, the doubles share a bathroom with a shower and the double has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In addition, the apartment has two terraces, one with a balcony and another rear terrace where we find the laundry room and a barbecue. It should be noted that the apartment has air conditioning with a timer in all rooms.

This apartment is located right above another one called Goleta. The perfect combination to book vacations with friends or family.

This apartment is just a few meters from the beach, as well as a few minutes' walk from the La Gola natural park and the center of Puerto Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants of all kinds. It should be noted that the property has a bicycle garage, equipped with tools and a bicycle rack.
