Beautiful Villa "Enrique" with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

A lovely country house with cozy atmosphere, secluded in the countryside near Pollensa, Villa Enrique is ideal for couples or a family with children. It extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and air conditioning (in the corridor between the bedrooms). A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, there is a private pool, a colorful garden with Mediterranean plants and a terrace (with open and covered areas), as well as a grill. Here you can enjoy great views of the mountainous Pollensa area. The villa has charming traditional features throughout. The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of Pollenca, which is 8 minutes drive (5km) away. The nearest beach is that of Port de Pollenca, which is 15 minutes by car (12km). The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is 35 minutes (55km) away.

Super Lage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Pros: Es war ein super Urlaub. Uns hat es rundum gefallen. Fast jeden Tag kommt der Eigentümer und kümmert sich um die Außenanlage. Er ist super nett und hilfsbereit und begrüßt einen jeden Tag mit einem freundlichen Hola. Der Pool war immer sauber. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Es ist ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist fantastisch. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein toller Pool. Man wohnt mitten in der Natur. Auch das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Cons: Das einzige, was lästig war, waren die Mücken. Aber da kann keiner was dafür und wir waren bestens vorbereitet mit Mückenspray, Raumspray und Räucherstäbchen für draußen abends. So konnte man den Abend genießen!

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Pros: ruhige Lage; schöner Ausblick - Sonnenaufgang; große überdachte Terrasse; Liegen und Tisch am Pool; Reinigungsservice; Begrüßungspaket mit Wein, Oliven ...; spätere Abreise ermöglicht! Die in anderen Bewertung erwähnten Hunde waren nicht zu hören. Cons: Waschmaschine schwierig zu bedienen - keine Anleitung; Schneidebretter fehlten Neutraler Hinweis: Der Pool ist für Nichtschwimmer nicht geeignet, da überall recht tief (uns hat das nicht gestört).

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Zimmer/Bäder modern mallorquinisch eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über eine einfache Grundausstattung. Die Außenanlage inklusive Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Besonders lobenswert waren die mehrfachen Handtuchwechsel. Cons: An dem Haus befindet sich ein dazugehöriger Garten, welcher jedoch nicht betreten werden kann, da dieser umzäunt ist. Weiterhin befinden sich dort drei Hunde, die direkten Zugang zum Gattenzaun haben. Sowohl der Garten als auch die Hunde wurden täglich vom vermeintlichen Besitzer versorgt. Dies geschah leider jedoch immer am Vormittag, so dass die Privatsphäre täglich gestört wurde.

Ein Traum im Inselparadies

Pros: Eingebttet in zauberhafter Natur, beglückt durch die Stille und die unzähligen Tierstimmen, haben wir den Aufenthalt mehr als genossen... Cons: Würde uns spontan nichts enfallen..., ausser, dass wir Österreicher bei der Befragung als Deutsche asugewiesen sind... ;-)
